My son just apologized for "being a total jackwagon."

Last night Keller offered to treat Brady and I to the Windsor fireworks - it's a buck each to get in - and later he bought a round of slushies.

As we were leaving he said, "Well I'm broke, but you guys are worth it."

one day after summer camp all the kids climbed into my jeep yammering on about crafts, games and camp nicknames. Keller's camp nickname was "triple-jeans".

Keller was playing in his room with a few of his friends. Several ethnic groups were represented around the Lego bin - from the front room i heard this:

Today after picking out his new shoes we went to Safeway. I looked back to see Keller walking with his pant legs rolled up Dexys Midnight Runners style, proudly, so everyone could see his new shoes.
